Five Common Excuses for No Planning!

Do you even ask yourself this question: "How long per day did i spend for a proper planning?" What i mean is the formal planning where you actually sit down and consider not only the day's activities, but also your values, achievements, priorities and the different roles you play in daily life. Time can be leveraged. You can actually free up time throughout the rest of day for other activities by investing a little of your time in certain activities. Freeing your time will let you enjoy many benefits all day long. You will clearly define tasks with deadlines, increase your focus on essential tasks, spend less time between projects and most important thing is you will have the greater sense of achievement. Isn't this worth for you to spend the few minutes of your time on the daily planning?

Unfortunately, many people tend to ignore it although it's such a simple things to do.  Why does this situation happen so? The answer is simple. It's because of Excuses, Excuses and Excuses. 1. Don't have time
I think that all of you are so familiar with this sentence: " I'm so busy. I don't have time". Am i right? This is the most common reason that why people don't plan. They are not placing a high value on the planning which holds the key to events control.

2.Wasting time to plan
Do you realize that most of us involve in routine tasks which to be done? And most of the people will probably think: " I already know what to do. Why should i waste time to plan?". Indeed, if you ask yourself what you want to accomplish either in life, career or family, then many tasks will surface which are not a routine part of your day. Therefore, a daily plan is vital for these types of future events.

3. Planning doesn't work
Some of the people will think that planning doesn't work for them as they have too many interruptions. Interruptions are definitely a poor excuse for not planning. Although interruptions are a problem, there are a ways to deal with them. We must take control of it so that the interruptions will become the opportunities rather than troubles. If your time is limited or your schedule is too packed, you can break down tasks into smaller elements that can be fitted into your activities.

4. Feel tied down
Many of the people will feel tied down when their to-do list approaching a page or more in length. I think that none of you like to be bogged down with a long list of tasks, right? The best solution is not to avoid or escape from planning but to make plans so that you can get more freedom. The purpose of your daily planning is for you to keep focus to goals and priorities.

5. Don't know how to plan properly
Yes. Most people don't know how to plan effectively. A person who has the ability to make a "to do list" does not necessarily mean that he/she know how to plan. However, Practice Makes Perfect. Keep the daily planning as your must-do task. You might not be an expert now but in time you will become one!
