Penang Turf Club was
established in 1864 and it is a major horse racing course in Penang, Malaysia.
The Penang Turf Club's Equestrian Horse Show is held every year with a series of
interesting activities to entertain the visitors. This 3-days event was showcased
dressage and and showjumping competitions, Penang Agility Association dog show,
a puppet show, face painting, a bazaar, pony and carriage rides, and a unique
blend of comedy and magic by jugglers, magicians and clowns. One of the main attractions of the horse show
was the mechanical rodeo bucking horse, also know as the "Flying
Phoenix". In addition, a wide array of
mouth-watering local hawker fare are served at the food court.
