Stubborn Back Acne: How do I get rid of it?

Back acne, is also known as "Bacne" tend to form on the chest, back, and the buttocks.  Body acne can be as common and familiar as you may think. Most of the people seldom talked about it or probably don't want to talk about it. This symptoms normally occur around puberty when the sebaceous glands start functioning to produce sebum or oil.  Acne will form when pores and hair follicles become clogged  with too much of sebum and attracted bacteria. The pores on our body is easier to become clogged as  the skin on our body is thicker and has larger pores than facial skin. Hence, back acne is actually more difficult to treat than facial acne.  Although there is  no scientific explanation or proof for the root cause of body acne, stress, oily foods, excessive sweating, tight clothing and even genes may play the role in the cause of it.

To  prevent or treat body acne, of course the first step we have to do is to clean our skin properly.  The body wash products that I used for this purpose are the Protecting Neem and Turmeric Body Wash from Himalaya Herbals or T3 Acne Body Wash.

Salicylic acid is one of the ingredient of T3 Acne Body Spray. It is recommended to use the spray slowly into your daily skin care routine as  salicylic acid can cause minor side effects such as dryness, irritation and stinging. To be reminded that the spray has a plenty strong of alcohol smell.

The body wash and the spray are worked quite well to improve my bacne.  Although the acne is not immediately and exactly gone, it got turn smaller and become light brown spot.
