Paddy Museum!
The Kedah Paddy
Museum, also known as Muzium Padi is located at the foot of Gunung Keriang,
North of Alor Setar Kedah. The purpose of the museum is to showcase the paddy cultivation process in Malaysia ,
displays different varieties of rice,
tools and equipment used in
cultivation over the years in various countries. It is one of attraction in Kedah which is
famous with its 360 degree circular wall art painting.
There are three levels of exhibition floors
with different themes:
Level 1: Display the history and production items
related to paddy.
Level 2: Several galleries with panoramic murals that
depict the agricultural activities.
Level 3: The heart of museum. It is a platform where
visitors can enjoy the 360 degree diorama and mural art paintings.

Open daily from
9am-5pm. Closed between 12:30pm-2:30 pm
on Friday).
Remarks: The museum
will close on Hari Raya Aidilfitri and Hari Raya Aidiladha.
